Take 1 minute to repeat the following affirmations: "I am confident. I am powerful. I am in control of my feelings and emotions." Take 1 minute to breathe deeply. The first 3-5 breaths inhale and then hold it for 3-5 seconds and then exhale. Inhale the positive, exhale the negative. Take 1 minute to just be happy and smile. This can be done anywhere, anytime.
